The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

 

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

If you are located in the US or Singapore, you will get a confirmation email with the prepaid return label after we receive your return request.

If you are located outside of the US or Singapore, you will be responsible for the reverse shipping fee. 

 

What items are returnable?

 

You can return or exchange full-priced items within 45 calendars days of the purchase date.

The items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered, with the original packaging, including hang tags.

Discounted items and items purchased more than 21 days ago are NOT refundable.

Are there any charges for return?

 

We charge a restocking fee of USD$5 for returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We no longer accepts exchange requests. To make an exchange request, please first initiate the return process then re-order the item(s). 

 

How soon will I get my refund?

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
